We are EVEN Recharge and our mission is to develop The Preferred EV Charging Destination for All.

We believe EV Charging stations should be a sustainable business model so we created ecosystem that allows for site-hosts to see a ROI faster than any other stand alone EV charging station business model.

EV and EV Charging equity is crucial to our business model. We recognize the availability of charging infrastructure presents an equity challenge for people who do not live in single-family homes where they can plug an EV in overnight or in rural communities.

We believe we must create a viable business case for EV charging infrastructure to expand and be sustainable.

EVEN Recharge Inc, was formed in 2019 in Fremont, California to create the first sustainable business model for EV charging infrastructure in neighborhoods, city centers, and campuses. Economically viable due to the additional revenue streams from the automatic convenience store, café lounges, and on-site advertising opportunities. Plug-and ply, scalable EV charging centers serving communities in all social classes. Customer-focused EV charging destinations providing a safe, inviting, comfortable, and productive place to recharge the EVs and people.

I was fortunate to work in the electronic payment industry for over 30 years.

During those years, I developed and marketed unattended payment solutions for different industry verticals include transportation, gaming, automatic retails and now EV charging. I had the opportunities to learn about each industry in-depth and developed new products in consumer electronics, intelligent vending machines, and EV charging stations for the past 10 years.

Being one of the early EV adopters and being involved in the EV charger business, I had experienced and witnessed the challenges of the mass EV adoption due to the inequality of current EV charging infrastructure. I founded EVEN Recharge Inc. to rapidly enable EV charging availabilities for people in communities of all social classes. Joining the EVEN Recharge team allows me to bring my 26 years of marketing experience and 10 years of EV/EV Charging knowledge to an ecosystem that solves many issues related to EV Charging. Financial and ecological sustainability are the cornerstones of the EVEN Recharge mission.

Kumar Bashyam – Lead Investor / Board Member

Kumar Bashyam has over 30+ years of experience serving the energy industry in various capacities as Management Consultant, software solutions entrepreneur and chemical solutions entrepreneur. He served the industry for over 15 + years as management consulting principal / partner with leading firms such as PWC, IBM and ICG. He has served the industry for additional 15+ years as entrepreneur and partner in several software and chemicals companies including SGT/ SenZbee/ CK Polymers/ Berrykem USA, and Drill2frac.

He holds a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from India and MBA from University of Michigan, USA.
